The Naomi Project, Inc. empowers vulnerable Congolese women through the financial support of the Hope Center, a community-based and community-led initiative in the Democratic Republic of Congo, that teaches crucial job skills and small-business management .

Job Training for Vulnerable Women.

The Hope Center offers sewing classes to cohorts of young, unmarried women and single mothers. Each graduate from the 20-week program receives a sewing machine.

This gift enables her to set up a home-based business, allowing her to design and sew articles of clothing for resale.
